Production Supervisor
Production Supervisor position available in the Plymouth, Michigan area.
This is a direct hire opportunity. Shift rotation required, will be switching shifts every month or two months. Day shift is 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and the midnight shift is 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Will be responsible for overseeing production. Will also assist with shipping ensuring that standards are met. Annual salary is $75k/year!
Responsibilities:
-Training of employees
-Review daily operating reports
-Supervise and provide technical expertise as required for the mill, shipping, slitter and quality departments.
-Work safety and enforce workplace safety practices
-Troubleshoot operational and tooling problems
-Evaluate employee performance
-Obtain immediate medical treatment for all injured employees
-Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
-3+ years supervisory experience, plus 5+ years total in the manufacturing industry
-Post-Secondary Education, Technical Diploma, GED or High School Diploma
-Computer skills
-Onsite attendance
-Ability to work rotating shifts
-Lead and promote health and safety practices
-Meet physical requirements of the position
